Scope

This notice covers the public MySquire website and the design-partner application form. The interactive prototype is deterministic, requires no account, and is not intended to collect or store student responses.

Information we collect

The pilot form collects adult business-contact details, institute and role information, approximate cohort size, current testing workflow, pilot readiness, and optional notes. Please do not submit names, scripts, identifiers, or other personal data about students.

We may also collect limited technical events such as page views, demo completion, and pilot-form conversion. We do not place contact details or mathematical responses in analytics.

How we use it

We use application information to evaluate potential design partners, respond to enquiries, plan pilots, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of this website. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

The launch configuration may use Vercel for hosting and privacy-limited analytics, Supabase for application storage, Resend for notification email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Each provider processes information only for the relevant website function under its own service terms.

Retention and security

Unsuccessful or unqualified applications should be removed when no longer needed and no later than 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Active partner records may be retained for the relationship. We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted server-side credentials, and data-minimising form design.

Children and future pilots

This public form is for adult institute representatives. Any future learner pilot will require separate notices, agreements, consent and assent processes, safeguards, retention rules, and a documented educational purpose before student information is processed.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of a pilot enquiry, or withdraw contact consent, by emailing hello@mysquire.in. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
